Behind the Batch

Seven Crows Baking Co. started with a simple idea: make cookies that feel handmade, memorable, and just a little different from everything else in the box.

We bake in small batches on the Florida coast, using rich flavors, thoughtful ingredients, and the kind of care that comes from making something by hand instead of sending it through a soulless cookie machine.

Our recipes are inspired by old Florida charm, dark little stories, dog-eared family recipe cards, and sticky swampy afternoons. We believe dessert should have some personality. Every batch is made with a gentle obsession, a dash of weirdness, and a whole lot of heart. Thank you for letting us bake our feelings and call it a business.

How To Order

How do I order?

Order online right here on the site. Choose your cookies, build your box, and select either Friday pickup or Saturday local delivery at checkout.

We’re starting with small-batch weekly orders first, which means every box gets baked with care, packed with intention, and only a reasonable amount of emotional attachment.

When is pickup?

Pickup is available Friday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at Waterbug Park in Wildlight

Local delivery is available on Saturdays within the 32097 ZIP code.

Orders must be received by 12:00 PM Wednesday afternoon for that week’s Friday pickup or Saturday delivery. That gives us time to prep, bake, cool, glaze, drizzle, package, and generally obsess over your cookies before they leave the kitchen.

Seven Crows Baking Co. is currently booking select Yulee and Fernandina area markets and pop-up events.
